In celebration of Black History Month, the Community Council on the Performing Arts will present "Step Back and Look," a musical history of black music in America, staring Leon Lowe, at The Fox Playhouse. The medley of historical black music along with some of Lowe's favorites is sponsored by the 3M Nevada plant with assistance from the Missouri Arts Council. Performances will be held at 8 p.m., Feb. 20 and 21 and at 2 p.m., Feb. 22.
