Friday afternoon even the youngest scholars were completely entangled in Charlotte's Web. Rob Dunn, who portrayed "Wilbur" graciously poses with Bryan School students from Carol Miller's class and Kristin Miller's class. Almost 600 students from Nevada R-5's Bryan and Benton schools and St. Mary's School were joined by Rusalyn Andrew's Performance of Literature and Children's Theater classes of Cottey College and Sean Nicewaner's Stage Craft class as they gathered in the high school auditorium to watch TheatreWorks/USA perform "Charlotte's Web." The entertaining and educational favorite, based on a story by E.B. White, had the audience laughing or sitting in captivated silence as the 45 minute play unfolded. Based in New York City, TheatreWorks/USA is an award winning company of traveling professional performers. They have performed in New York and across America to approximately 54 million people in 49 states.
