Nevada drops match to Carthage for second time

Tuesday afternoon the Carthage boy's tennis team beat Nevada for the second time this year handing them a 9-0 loss at home.

According to Leon Lowe, Nevada tennis coach, even though the score looks bad, the team played better Tuesday than they did the first time they played Carthage on April 8.

The Tigers played Thursday in the Fort Scott Varsity Tournament at Pittsburg State University and on May 4 they will play in the Southwest Conference tournament in Joplin.
