State Fair charmer

Catie Johnson, 11 months, was named Little Miss Sunburst Beauty at the Missouri State Fair baby contest Aug 17, in Sedalia, in the newborn to one year age division. She also received first-place trophies in Best Attire, Best Casualwear and Most Photogenic. In all, she received three trophies, one medal, a crown and a sash.

Catie is the daughter of Doug and Lara Johnson, Nevada. Grandparents are Bob and Sue Hughes, Nevada, Billy Jo and Kathy Johnson, Fort Scott, Kan.; and Delbert and Donna Wheeler, Deerfield. Great-grandparents are Leonard Curry, Nevada, and Esther Johnson, Cole Camp, Mo.
