Roland Buddy Dean Martin

Roland Buddy Dean Martin, 81, of Kansas City, Mo., died Friday, Nov. 4, 2005, at his residence. He was born Aug. 4, 1924, in Trenton, Mo., and he served in the U.S. Navy during World War II.

He worked for Missouri Public Service for 35 years as a serviceman and worked for Barry Road Price Chopper for the last 12 years. He was member of the Eagles Club and the VFW.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister. He is survived by his wife of 42 years Geraldine Martin of the home; six step children; ten grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren .

Graveside services will be 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, Nov. 8, at Jackson County Veterans Field of Honors in Swan Lake Memorial Gardens, Grain Valley, Mo., where he will recieve military honors.
