Casey Eastwood and Matthew Rhea

Mr. and Mrs. James P. Eastwood, Fort Scott, Kan., have announced the upcoming marriage of their daughter, Casey Eastwood, to Matthew Rhea.

The bride-elect is a 2000 graduate of Fort Scott High School and a 2003 graduate of Fort Scott Community College. She holds an Applied Associates of Science in Nursing and is currently employed by Olathe Medical Center on the Open Heart Surgery Team.

The prospective bridegroom is a 1993 graduate of Norman High School in Norman, Okla., and a 1998 graduate of Baker University. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and is currently the director of finance for Kansas Governor Kathleen Sebelius.

The couple were to be married Jan. 7, 2006, at 6 p.m. at the Old Congregational Church in Fort Scott. A cake reception was to follow at the Best Western Hotel at 8 p.m.
