Vandalism at school last night
Today, police were investigating a case of vandalism that struck at Nevada High School at some time during last night's basketball game.
When John Turner, Nevada High School basketball forward, went to his car, which was parked near the school after the game, he found that a radio aerial and windshield wipers were bent as well as the license plate. Also, one hubcap was missing from the car and the most costly damage was a slashed left rear-tire.
On the automobile was a note signed "The Rebels," who have sent similar semi-threatening notes to several Nevada High School students who are active in student affairs.
