Sara Katherine Copeland -- Mark Joseph Galus

Christine Copeland, Nevada, announces the engagement and upcoming marriage of her daughter, Sara Katherine Copeland, to Mark Joseph Galus, son of Joseph and Dolly Galus, Nevada.

Ms. Copeland, a 1995 graduate of Nevada High School, received a Bachelor of Science degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1999 and earned a Master's in City Planning from MIT in 2000. She is currently a project manager with Planning Works, an urban planning consulting firm, and resides in Kansas City.

Mr. Galus is a 1990 graduate of Nevada High School. He graduated from the University of Kansas in 1995 with a Bachelor of Arts degree and earned his Juris Doctor from DePaul University in 1998. He is an attorney with Fisher & Phillips LLP and resides in Kansas City.

The couple will exchange vows on November 18 at Grace and Holy Trinity Cathedral in Kansas City.
