Erwin -- Williams Wed

Russell and Marian Erwin, of Nevada, Mo., announce the marriage of their daughter, Robin J., to Clinton Eugene Williams. Clinton is a son to Don Williams, of Blue Mound, Kan., and Ron and Judy Maus, of Schell City, Mo. The maternal grandparents are Howard and Gerry McKee, of Stockton, Mo., Bill and Jo Erwin, of Nevada, and Maurice and Charlotte Cundiff, of Lamar, Mo. The paternal grandparent is Lorene McCollam, of Pleasanton, Kan.

The bride is a 2004 graduate of Fort Scott College of Cosmetology, and earned her associate's degree from Pittsburg State University in December 2005. She plans to attend the University of Missouri/Kansas City in January 2007 and earn her degree in middle school education. The groom is a 2004 graduate, of Pittsburg State University with a degree in heating ventilation and air conditioning.

The couple exchanged vows on March 25, 2006, at the Northwoods Wedding Chapel in Nevada. Candlelighters for the ceremony were Stacey Marcum and Lisa Thackery, both sisters of the groom.

The bride was escorted by her father. She wore a white chiffon, straight-lined dress, with spaghetti-straps. She carried a bouquet of white calla lilies wrapped in a deep red bow.

Ashton Erwin, sister of the bride, was maid of honor. James Marcum, brother-in-law of the groom, was best man.

An intimate family dinner, at the home of the bride's family, followed the ceremony.

A reception will be held at the Elk's Lodge Bingo Hall on July 29, 2006, in Nevada.

Since the wedding, the couple reside in Belton, Mo. The bride works as a substitute teacher, and the groom is employed by KD Christian Construction, Merriam, Kan.
