Lisa Williams -- Russell Stuever

Lisa Williams and Russell Stuever, both of Guthrie, Okla., announce their engagement and upcoming wedding. The couple will wed in a small family ceremony on Sept. 9, 2006, in Edmond, Okla.

The bride-elect is the daughter of Linda and Eldon (Bear) Hall of Peculiar, Mo., and Ron and Jane Williams of Fort Scott. She is a 1996 graduate of Fort Scott High School. She graduated with a bachelor's degree from Pittsburg State University in 2000 and a master's degree in social work from Missouri State University in 2001. She is currently a social support specialist with the state of Oklahoma.

The groom-to-be is the son of Richard and Sherry Stuever of Guthrie. He is a 1991 graduate of Edmond Memorial High School. He graduated with a bachelor's degree in applied communications from the University of Central Oklahoma in 1996 and a master's degree in business administration from the University of Phoenix in 2003. He is currently a business analyst with Metavonte Image Solutions.
