Thron --Kody Wed

Perry and Barbie Thron of Portales, N.M., announce the marriage of their daughter, Tatum Thron, to Kody Vaughn, son of Terry and Judy Reid, of Clovis, N.M., and granddaughter of Bill and Joy Evans, of Nevada, Mo.

The bride is a 2005 graduate of Portales High School and is currently attending Eastern New Mexico University, seeking a degree in dental hygiene. The groom is a 2003 graduate of Texico High School, and is currently employed by Roosevelt County Electric.

The couple exchanged vows at 5 p.m. on July 22, 2006, at Faith Christian Family Church, in Clovis, a reception immediately followed at the Clovis Civic Center.

The couple now reside in Portales.
