Troy Taft and Carmen Chmura were married in Las Vegas on Sept. 2, 2006. The double ring ceremony took place at the Bon Bel Ami (my beautiful friend) chapel.

Troy is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Alan Richardson of El Dorado Springs, and Chuck Taft, of Bremerton Wash. Carmen is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Dave Dahl of Rockford, Ill.

Friends and family from Missouri, Illinois, Colorado, Kansas, and Missouri looked on, as the couple repeated their vows. A brief, informal reception was held immediately following the ceremony, at the chapel. The couple and their guests later attended a wedding dinner at Kokomo's restaurant located at The Mirage Hotel.

The couple formerly lived in El Dorado Springs for three years, and now reside in Wichita, Kan., where both are employed by Hart Pharmacy.
