Leslie Jeanne Arthur -- Justin Adam Martens

Mr. and Mrs. Dail Bailey of Girard, Kan., announce the engagement of their daughter, Leslie Jeanne Arthur, to Justin Adam Martens, son of Mr. Mark Martens of Wichita, Kan., and Mr. and Mrs. Greg May, of El Dorado, Kan.

Leslie is a 2001 graduate of Girard High School, and a 2005 graduate of Pittsburg State University. She is employed by City National Bank of Lawton, Okla., in the Accounts Payable department.

Justin is a 2001 graduate of Bluestem High School, and a 2006 graduate of Pittsburg State University. He is a second lieutenant in the United States Army, stationed at Fort Sill, Okla.

A January wedding is planned at St. Michael's Church in Girard, Kan.
