Amber D. Newton and Michael J. Lowther, Lamar, is proud to announce the birth of their, daughter, Riley Faith Lowther.

Riley was born at 2:13 p.m., Dec. 18, 2006, at Nevada Regional Medical Center. She weighed 8 pounds, 12 ounces, and measured 19.75 inches.
