The Nevada Tiger Pit wrestling club had members in two different tournaments this weekend.
There were four wrestlers at the Brute-Adidas National Tournament in Kansas City, where Spenser Daniels placed second in his class of 31 wrestlers.
Slade Stiles took third in his class, while Mason Heard and Dominic Habjan also competed.
There were more than 1,800 wrestlers from around the country at the event in Kansas City.
There were seven club wrestlers at a tournament in McDonald County.
Matt Kennedy placed first in freestyle and third in greco; Chase Brooks was second in greco and third in freestyle; Trey Miller was third in freestyle and fourth in greco; Todd Brier was fourth in both freestyle and greco; Tanner Charles was first in freestyle; Dayton Miller was second in freestyle and Devin Miller was fourth in freestyle.
The next tournament for the Pit wrestlers is in Blue Springs this weekend.
