Frank Wall Hazelrigg Jr., 85, of Fulton, Missouri passed away Tuesday, Oct. 30, 2007 at Callaway Community Hospital. He was born Oct. 3, 1922 in Fulton, Missouri, a son of the late Frank Hazelrigg, Sr., and Lillie Mae (Tracer) Hazelrigg. On Aug. 21, 1943, he was united in marriage to Frances E. (Mirts) Hazelrigg who preceded him in death on May 24, 2002.

He will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by one son, Ray Hazelrigg and his wife Mary Margaret of Columbia, Mo.; one daughter, Sue Quitno and her husband Mark of Nevada, Mo.; four grandchildren, Dennis Hazelrigg, Brian Hazelrigg and his wife Cindy, Hannah Quitno, and Lily Quitno; one great grandchild, Savanna Hazelrigg; two step grandchildren, Lauren Akers and her husband Jeremy and Clare Quitno; two step great grandchildren, Ethan and Gabrielle Akers; other relatives and many dear friends. His parents, wife and one infant daughter preceded him in death.

Frank worked for Hazelrigg and Sons, mining fire clay for twenty-five years and the City of Fulton for twenty-two years. He was a Sergeant in the United States Army Air Corp serving in the Pacific Theatre in WWII. He was a member of the Court Street United Methodist Church, Member and past President of the Fulton Kiwanis Club, Member IOOF since 1959, Fulton Masonic Lodge No. 48 since 1946 serving as Master three times, Secretary-Treasurer of Missouri Lodge of Research, Past Sovereign of Red Cross of Constantine, Secretary-Treasurer of the Centralia Council No. 34, Masonic Scottish and York Rite, and he received the Harry S. Truman Award from Grand Lodge of Missouri. He enjoyed hunting and fishing.

Funeral and Masonic services will be 11 a.m., on Saturday, Nov. 3, at the Maupin Funeral Home in Fulton, Missouri with Mr. Ron Wood officiating. Visitation will be from 9:30 a.m., until the time of service on Saturday, Nov. 3.
