Robert Edward Harris, 43, of Nevada, passed away on Sunday, March 9, 2008, at his residence in Nevada. He was born May 24, 1964, in Gastonia, N.C., to Donald O'Dell Harris and Myra Elaine Huckaby Harris.

Robert grew up in south Kansas City, Mo., area. He lived in Nebraska, Montana, and Alaska throughout his life. He lived in Nevada for the past six years.

Survivors include his mother, Elaine Huckaby, of the home; his father, Donald Harris, of Gastonia, N.C.; one sister, Carmen Radford, of Nevada; one brother Randy Harris, of Nevada; two nieces, two nephews, several great-nieces and one great-nephew.

Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m., on Friday, March 14, at Ferry Funeral Home, Nevada. Interment will follow in Moore Cemetery, Nevada.
