Stanley Spears, Nevada, was arrested and processed by the Vernon County Sheriff's Office on charges of failure to appear for unlawful use to a weapon. He is being held without bond.

Joseph M. Yoakum, 35, of Nevada, was arrested and processed by the Vernon County Sheriff's Office on charges of assault, property damage and trespassing. He was released on a $5,000 bond.
