The Lion's Club is hosting their annual high school basketball all star game. The game is an invitation only event for players and coaches, and is reserved for the graduating class of each year it takes place. Nevada High School has 3 players who were selected to play this year, on the girls' and boys' teams. Lindsey Rice, Jordan Webb, and Jordan Kerbs, all recent Nevada High School graduates were selected to play in this year's games, scheduled for Saturday evening. Nevada girls' basketball coach Brent Bartlett was also selected to coach the girls' North team, which consists of all of this year's top senior girls from around the state of Missouri. "It gives the kids an opportunity to show their stuff on the court," said coach Bartlett of the event. The girls are scheduled to play at Missouri Southern State University this Saturday at 6 p.m., with the boys' game following at the conclusion of that game.
