Kacy Milich and Tyson Rainey

Kacy Milich and Tyson Rainey announce their engagement and plans to be married in the fall of 2009 in St. Louis, Mo.

The bride-elect, a graduate of Marquette High School, Chesterfield, Mo., graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia, with a Bachelor of Science in 2003, and a Masters in Biomedical Engineering, in 2005. She is an advanced product engineer, at 3M, Nevada.

The prospective-groom is a graduate of Nevada High School and Wentworth Military Academy. He is a 3M Operator.
