VFW remembers POWs, MIAs

Members of the Ralph V. Bobbett VFW Post N. 2175 and its Ladies Auxiliary hosted a POW/MIA Recognition Day ceremony on Friday, Sept. 19, at the post on Highway 54 West. The Nevada High School JrROTC's honor guard presented the colors, followed by the Pledge of Allegiance. Traditional ceremonies followed, including a Table of Honor and Missing Man Formation, and songs, "If You're Reading This," and "Arlington," performed by Linda Sewell.
