A witness contacted at the scene and scanner traffic indicated that it was a one-vehicle accident, but the report states that two vehicles actually were involved and gives a different account of the details surrounding the crash.
According to the report, the accident occurred at about 1:45 p.m., Nov. 11, at the intersection of Osage and Hickory. The report states that Neal Leffler, Nevada, who was driving a 1996 GMC pickup, did not stop at a stop sign and pulled out, striking a 1996 Chevrolet Blazer driven by Casey Landreth, Nevada. The Blazer rolled over and came to rest facing north. Landreth, who was not wearing a seatbelt, was listed on the report as having suffered "evident -- not disabling" injuries. A passenger in Landreth's vehicle, suffered "probable -- not apparent" injuries.
Leffler suffered no apparent injuries.
