NRMC welcomes first baby of 2009

Nevada Regional Medical Center and the Peery family welcomed the first baby of the new year, Laila Denise Peery, on Jan. 2, at 10:15 a.m. She weighed 8 pounds, 2 ounces, and measured 22 inches. Laila is the daughter of Korbin and James Peery IV, and the sister of Natalie and James V. Paternal grandparents are Maria and James Peery III, Maternal grandparents are Homer and Karen Gooden.
