Sheriff's Report Jan. 5

There were reports of an alarm in the Nevada area, a vehicle accident in the Deerfield area, a deceased person in the Deerfield area, property damage in the Deerfield area, a suspicious person in the Nevada area, a child custody dispute in the Compton Junction area, and a traffic stop in the Nevada area.

Loyd E. Brooks, 39, of Nevada, was arrested and processed by the Nevada Police Department on charges of non-support. He is being held in lieu of a $4,500 bond.
