Nevada Classic postponed

The 10th annual Nevada Classic basketball tournament was set to begin Monday night with contests between Kansas City Renaissance's boys team and Kansas City Westport, as well as Kansas City Southeast and Stockton. However, due to inclement weather, those games have been postponed until further notice.

Nevada's varsity boys are scheduled to begin their tournament run on Wednesday, weather permitting, as they square off against Kansas City Southeast. The Lady Tigers are scheduled to be in action Thursday as they take on the Joplin Lady Eagles.

Further information about the rescheduling of this year's tournament will be reported in future issues of the Daily Mail as it becomes available.
