Cottey dance department introduces program for area girls

Cottey is opening its campus to young women ages 13 and up to take part in three Saturday dance class/rehearsals followed by a performance in a current Cottey student Dance Showcase Performance. Dancers with all levels of experience, including novices, are welcome.

Participants will rehearse from 10 a.m. to noon on April 11, 18, 25 in the large dance studio in Hinkhouse Center. The Dance Showing will begin at 7 p.m. on Friday, May 1.

There is a $15 fee for participants in the Cottey Dance Crew.

Hinkhouse Center is located behind Reeves Hall on South College Street. Parking is available immediately west of Hinkhouse in the lot which is accessible off of South Tower Street.
