Wentworth College, one of the oldest 2-year colleges west of the Mississippi, was organized in 1923 as an outgrowth of the Military Academy, which was established in 1880. Wentworth College offers the same courses in liberal arts and science that are available in the leading universities and colleges throughout the United States.

The schedule of classes offer students the opportunity to enroll in coursework during the evening, and online. The instructional staff is highly qualified to present a challenging curriculum and to prepare each student to continue with a four-year program.
