The Lady Hornets were able to cruise their way through the match for a fairly easy win, taking down the Lady Wildcats in two sets by the final scores of 2 5-19 and 25-12.
"The girls are playing very well right now," Lady Hornets head coach Delanya Thompson said. "They are really working together as a team."
Sara Farrar led the Lady Hornets with 10 points and five aces on the night while Carlee Campbell recorded seven kills and two blocks. Makena Thompson posted a team-high in assists, finishing the night with seven.
With that win, the Lady Tigers improved their overall record to 10-2 on the year and were scheduled to be in action again on Tuesday, hosting NEVC.
