Davenport -- 50 years

Bill and Dorothy (VanAuken) Davenport, Mexico, Mo., will be celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary on June 19, 2010, with a reception, hosted by their family, at the Farlington Methodist Church, Farlington, Kan., from 2 to 4 p.m. They request no gifts.

Bill and Dorothy were married on April 24, 1960, in Farlington. The couple have two children.
