Eric and Heather Day are proud to announce the birth of their son, Brodyn Halcum Reed Day.

Brodyn was born Friday, Sept. 10, 2010, at the Olathe Medical Center in Olathe, Kan. He weighed 8 pounds, 3 ounces, and measured 20 inches.

Maternal grandparents are Gary and Randy Reed of Joplin, Mo.

Paternal grandparents are Leland and Danette Day of Nevada.

Great-grandparent is the Rev. Dan Halcum Sullivan of Springfield, Mo.
