Sewell -- 25 years

Rick and Brenda Sewell, of Golden City, Mo., will soon celebrate their 25th wedding anniversary. The two were married Oct. 19, 1985, in Sheldon, Mo. Rick and Brenda are blessed with two children, Ricky Lee Sewell, of Golden City, and Shani Lauren (Sewell) Nichols, of Derby, Kan.

Rick and Brenda are further blessed with three grandchildren, Persais "Sissy" Sewell, Ricky "Bubby" Sewell III, and Kennadi Jo Nichols.

A reception will be held at the enclosed shelter house in the Golden City Park on Saturday, Oct. 16, from 2 to 4 p.m. Family members are hosting the celebration, which is open to all friends of the couple.

The omission of gifts is requested by the couple, cards, however, would be appreciated.
