March 25

Larry Potter, Nevada, reported a theft in the 600 block of East Highland Avenue Avenue. Item stolen was cash.

March 30

3:18 p.m.: An accident occurred at US 54 Highway and Main Street involving a car driven by Taylor A. Norcross, Nevada, and a car driven by Everett Periman, Nevada. Periman received probable and not apparent injuries. Bertha L. Periman also received probable and not apparent injuries.

3:39 p.m.: An accident occurred at Cedar and Hickory streets involving a trailer owned by the city of Nevada and a car owned by Brittany Houchin, Nevada. No injuries were reported.

April 1

4:23 p.m.: An accident occurred at 700 E. Highland involving a car driven by Lois P. Rich, Nevada, and a van owned by Sylvia Bolan, Nevada. No injuries were reported.

April 2

10:05 a.m.: A three-vehicle accident occurred at 1407 W. Austin when a car driven by Lila M. Pritchett, Nevada, struck a parked SUV owned by Jason E.J. Woods, Nevada, and also struck a parked car owned by Michael P. Shrinplin, Nevada. No injuries were reported.

1:40 p.m.: An accident occurred at 403 E. Austin when the bed cover for a pickup owned by Samuel E. Orr, Kansas City, Mo., blew off the vehicle and struck a car owned by Yvonne A. Cordeiro, Amoret, Mo. No injuries were reported.

Marilyn Johnson, Nevada, reported a theft in the 200 block of East Hunter Street. Items stolen was a Rheem heating and cooling unit.

April 3

Tessa Parrott, Nevada, reported a theft from a motor vehicle in the 2100 block of East Austin Boulevard. Item stolen was a dog.
