Sheldon sweeps Bronaugh

SHELDON -- Sheldon won both games of a basketball doubleheader on Tuesday against Bronaugh.

The Sheldon girls cruised to a 53-16 win. Erica Conner and Alesha Laning scored 18 points apiece for the Panthers. The girls are now 13-10.

Sheldon's boys beat Bronaugh 69-46.

Eric Leavell scored 25 points for Sheldon, while Dustin Rhoades added 19.

Sheldon's boys team improves to 17-6 with the win. Bronaugh's boys fall to 10-12.
