Neil graduated from SMS University with a degree in accounting and was an Army Airborne Ranger. He was the founder and president of Moto Mirror, Inc., and participated in many organizations that supported improved safety for the heavy duty trucking industry. He was a nominee for safety by the Presidential Safety Council in Washington, D.C., in 1997. Neil had many interests including big game hunting, marksmanship, art, music, history, and baseball.
Funeral services were held at Moore Funeral Home in Arlington, Texas, on Monday, Oct. 22, with visitation at 2 p.m. and service at 3 p.m. The family kindly requests donations be made to Wounded Warriors.
