NPD recovers vehicle stolen in Topeka

A Ford Mustang previously reported stolen from a car dealership in Topeka, Kan., was recovered Oct. 24 in Nevada.

According to a report from the Nevada Police Department, officers were called to a home in the 200 block of West Prewitt, where a car had struck a house.

When police arrived, the driver had fled the scene; a suspect, described in the information provided only as a white male, is being sought by police.

The crash caused minor damage to the home, but the residents were uninjured, police said.
