Gary and Betty Reed -- 60 years

Gary and Betty Reed will celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary on Nov. 18, 2012. They were married in Lamar, Mo., in 1952 and moved to Fort Scott in 1964. They have three children: David Reed, Oklahoma City, Okla.; Doug and wife Kathy, Panama City, Fla.; and Susan and husband Dean Brown, Inman, Kan. They have six grandchildren and one great-grandchild. The Reeds will celebrate with a family reunion in Florida.
