Hannah RoseMarie Lamb, 8, Sheldon, Mo., passed away Saturday, March 9, 2013, as the result of an automobile accident in Pulaski County. She was born July 21, 2004, in Nevada, Mo., to Jerod Leevon Lamb and Tami Rose Smith.

Hannah lived her whole life in Sheldon. She was a third grade student in Sheldon Grade School. Hannah loved basketball and playing for the school team and Upward Basketball at Grace Place, Lamar, Mo. She loved her horse, being with her cousins, participating in (HOH) cheerleading and gymnastics and being at the lake skiing and tubing with her family. Hannah was a member of the Sheldon Baptist Church.

Survivors include her father, Jerod Lamb, and stepmother, Lisha, of the home in Sheldon; her mother, Tami Smith and Justin Wittock, Nevada; two sisters, Logan Lamb, Sheldon, and Addison Wittock, Nevada; three brothers, Bryce Lamb, Aiden Ellifrits, and Uric Lamb, all of Sheldon; grandparents, Joe and Peggy Gilkey, Nevada, Floyd and Kathy Smith, Nevada, Leon Lamb, Newport, Mo., Gary and Mindy Starbuck, Sheldon, and Tony and Brenda Roldan, Nevada; great-grandparents, Luther and Shirley Lamb, Lamar, Fern Taffner, Jasper, Martha O'Connor, Nevada, and Woody Weber, Nevada; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. She was preceded in death by one brother, Devin Ellifrits.

Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m., Friday, March 15, at the First Baptist Church in Nevada with the Revs. Tom Haynes and Jerod Lamb officiating. Interment will follow in Sheldon Cemetery, Sheldon. Friends may call now and until 11:30 a.m., Friday, March 15, at Ferry Funeral Home, Nevada. The family receives friends Thursday, 6-8 p.m., at the funeral home.

Contributions may be made in her memory to a college scholarship fund for her brothers and sisters in care of Ferry Funeral Home, 301 S. Washington, Nevada.
