This event is part of the HUD National Promotion for Father's Day Initiative, stressing the importance of father's and father-like figures in children's lives, said Carol Branham, executive director of Nevada Housing Authority. It is for everyone but children must be accompanied by an adult.

The event is free to all, so come join the fun on the first day of summer, Branham said.
