Patricia and the Rev. William Bell -- 65 years

The children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchild of the Rev. William and Mrs. Patricia Bell wish to announce the 65th wedding anniversary of their parents and grandparents, Aug. 8, 2013.

The Rev. Bill and Mrs. Pat Bell, were married Aug. 8, 1948, at the Monroe Street Baptist Church in Kansas City, Mo.

Bill is a retired Baptist minister, school teacher and a World War II Marine veteran stationed in the South Pacific.

Pat, a busy homemaker for many years, later worked part-time at the school in Bronaugh, Mo., where they resided for 23 years and all six children graduated.

Bill and Pat moved to Nevada in 1984, where Pat retired from TeamBank, and they have resided for the past 29 years.

Their six children are Linda Simmons, Joplin, Mo.; Gary Bell and wife Carrol, Pittsburg, Kan.; Joyce Bealer and husband Andy, UAE; Janet Smith and husband Phil, Liberal, Mo.; Tim Bell and wife Kristie, Pittsburg, Kan.; and Dave Bell, Denver, Colo.

They have 14 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.

The couple would greatly enjoy hearing from friends and family by way of cards and letters.
