Nevada Tae Kwon Do fares well at Southwest Association tournament

Members of Nevada Tae Kwon Do who participated in the Southwest Association Martial Arts Tournament are, left to right: Faith Gilbert-second place in breaking, second in forms and first in sparring; Maicy Monroe-second in breaking, first in forms and first in sparring; head instructor Lee Ogle; Alex Harkness-first in breaking and second in sparring; Kali Gruber-first in fighting, first in forms and first in breaking; Avian Monroe-fourth in forms, first in sparring, and third in breaking. Monroe and Gruber also participated in their respective age groups' Grand Champion contests. Gilbert was also asked to be a judge in the adult black belt sparring. Nevada Tae Kwon Do fared well at the Southwest Association Martial Arts Tournament, in Columbus, Kan, on March 8.
