Bates signs with Cottey College cross country

Amber Bates signed a letter of intent to become the newest member of head coach Austin Bunn's Cottey College cross country team, after completing a high school career that included a trip to the state meet in 2012 and the Sectional meet in 2013. "Amber comes to us with three years of cross country experience and two in track," Bunn said. "She is a very hard working young lady, who doesn't let anything stand in her way when she sets her mind to achieve a goal. I feel that she will be a big asset to the team and look forward to watching her continue to improve during her time with us at Cottey."
