Nevada Daily Mail

The Nevada City Council will be looking at a short agenda for its meeting Tuesday night at 7 in the council chambers in the Public Safety Building, 120 S. Ash St.

The council is slated to have the first reading of a general ordinance reducing the number of members on the parks board from the current nine members to five to make it easier for the board to have a quorum at its meetings. The board has not had enough members present to conduct any business for the last three meetings.

The council will also be holding the second reading of general ordinance updating the city's personnel code.
