Moria Randall is seeking election for the position of Vernon County Circuit Court Clerk.

Moria has been employed as a deputy circuit court clerk for 19 years in Vernon County. She has gained the skills and education over the course of these years that are needed to become circuit court clerk.

She has a strong working knowledge over multiple areas of service this office provides to the citizens of Vernon County. In the nearly two decades of service with the circuit court clerk's office, she has formed solid working relationships with area residents, victim advocate, Sheriff's Office, Moss House, Probation and Parole, Community Service Director, Victim Impact Director, attorney's and judges.

Her office has been transitioning to a new modernized records retention method. She is involved in this process as a committee member. Over the past 19 years she has attended many classes pertaining to legislative updates, criminal, civil, and probate case processing, as well as accounting and e-filing.

One of her important strengths is her strong customer relations skills. Often people come to her office at a time when they are dealing with a stressful, uncomfortable event in their life. She offers empathy and always listens to the concerns before offering her assistance.

She has lived in Vernon County for 34 years and is married to John Randall who works as a lieutenant for the Vernon County Sheriff's Office, and has been a member of the Army National Guard for 29 years. She has a son, Carl Ricketts, his wife Kandette, and two beautiful grandchildren, Bryson and Mallory.

Moria is looking forward to the opportunity to serve the citizens of Vernon County as your next circuit court clerk. She also wants to encourage everyone, as United States citizens, to exercise your right, to get out there and vote!
