NHS Dance Team receives donation from Lucas Oil Products

Matthew Resnick/Daily Mail/ The Nevada High School Dance Team received a generous donation from Lucas Oil Products, during Monday's combined junior varsity-freshman football game at Logan Field. The NHS cheerleading team also received a donation. Nevada native and class of 1996 NHS alum Ernie Leftwich and his wife Jauna, raised the funds through a 50-50 drawing. Leftwich is the Lucas Oil MLRA director, and is based out of Wheatland, Mo. "The NHS Dance Team would like to give a big thank you to Lucas Oil Products for making a monetary donation to the NHS Dance Team. The donation will be used to help fund the team in many ways," Dance team coach Deann Hardin said. Ernie and Jauna Leftwich are pictured above, center. NHS dance team members in no particular order, are: Ernie and Jauna's daughter, Paiten, Haley Batchelor, Peyton Claypool, Chelsey Jeans, Savanna Smith, Riley Gordon, Chloe Bartlett, Maddie McCaffrree, Emily DeBruin, and Janna Scotten.
