NYFL: Tigers split with Carthage

The Nevada Tiger youth football teams were in action Saturday at Logan Field, splitting four contests with the visiting Carthage Blue.

In the sixth-grade matchup, Nevada prevailed 52-46 in a double overtime thriller. The fifth-grade Tigers were bested 30-8; the fourth-grade Tigers fell 22-6; while the third-grade Tigers emerged with an 18-14 victory.
