Nevada softball collects postseason accolades

Six members of the Nevada Lady Tiger softball team have garnered postseason accolades. The recently announced accolades include Big 8 All-Conference and Class 3 District 13 All-District selections.

Nevada players picking up All-Conference honors, were junior Hailee Lundine, OF, first-team; junior Maggie Leisure, IF, second-team; and sophomore Tylin Heathman, IF, second team. First-Team All-District accolades, include Cameron Holcomb, Sr., catcher; Leisure, P; Lundine, OF. Second-Team: Heathman, SS. Honorable Mention: Naudea Dodds, Sr., OF; and Claire Pritchett, Fr., utility.

Nevada wrapped its season 16-15 overall, and as district runner-up.
