Becky (Trude) Rider

Becky (Trude) Rider, 63, formerly of Nevada, Mo., was born Jan. 1, 1958, and passed away on Friday, March 19, 2021, in Magnolia, Texas, as a result of a battle with cancer. Becky was a vibrant and loving spouse, sister, and friend to all; she was beautiful inside and out. Her husband, Brian Rider was by her side and was a vigilant caregiver throughout the process. Becky and Brian were married July 6, 1997; he was the love of her life.

Becky went to Benton Elementary School, Nevada Middle School, and Sheldon High School. She received her nursing degree and became a beloved and trusted member of the surgical team at Northwest Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery in Spring, Texas.

Becky was preceded in death by her parents, Robert Lee Trude and Mary JoAnn (Neuman) Trude; grandparents, Ruby and Floyd Brown and Mildred and Roy Trude. She is survived by her brother, Terry Trude and sisters, Brenda Lee Borders, Debra Ann Trude-Suter, Donna Kay Payne. She is also survived by her nephews Robert Wayne Payne, Larry J. Borders Jr, Patrick Wayne Leavell; her nieces, Rendi (Borders) Cox, Rebecca Borders, Rachel Doty; great-nephews and nieces, Blair Dice, Shari Jo Borders, Jayme Borders, Jaycee Cox, Kaylee Cox, Alyssa Cox; cousins from the following families, Brown, Carl, Hickmans; her best friend who was like a sister to her, Lawonda Williams; and a host of friends and colleagues who played very important roles in her life. Becky will be missed by all who knew her.

There will be memorial services held for Becky in Magnolia, Texas and Sheldon, Mo.; dates to be determined.
