Tuesday, August 3, 2021

The Nevada Public Library closed at noon, Monday, and will remained closed due to staff exposure to COVID-19.

According to the library, the plan is to reopen for curbside-only services as soon as staffing is available.

The exterior book drop on the west side of the building will remain open for returns. Check-out of digital materials and the library's online reserve system is available through the library's website at nplmo.org. Patrons may call the library at (417) 448-2770 to request or reserve items.

Appointments will be scheduled by library staff for curbside pickup when those services are available. The library's free WiFi network is accessible from the parking lot and parking around the perimeter of the building.
