Martin "Marty" Albert Stadler

Martin "Marty" Albert Stadler, 59, of Rich Hill, died on Jan. 19, 2005. He married Linda Martin April 11, 1968. He was born to Jack and Ellen Stadler, who preceded him in death.

He was also preceded in death by a brother, Larry; and sister, Kathleen. He is survived by brothers, Bill, John, Fred and Steve Stadler; and sisters, Sharon Gillum, Mary Wood, Betty Pope, Jackie Poe, Sheila Leger, and Bobbi Winder.

Funeral services were held on Saturday, Jan. 22, at the Sweetwater Tabernacle Church in Rich Hill, with the Rev. Carl Covey officiating. Musical selections were "Amazing Grace," "On Eagle's Wings" and "Another Soldier's Coming Home." Soloist was Julie Miller. Pallbearers were Bill Whittaker, Ronald Stadler, Tommy Ledger, Matthew Poe, Andy Schmidt and Matt Toppass. Interment was in Greenlawn Cemetery in Rich Hill. Arrangements were by Heuser Funeral Home.
