Mashek, Miller married Saturday

Mr. and Mrs. Christian Miller of Buffalo Center, Iowa, have announced that their son, John Christian, would be married on Saturday, April 9, 2005, to Anastasia Celeste Mashek, daughter of Shelly Adams and granddaughter of John and Gloria Adams of Corwith, Iowa. The wedding was to take place at St. John's Lutheran Church in Corwith.

The groom is the grandson of Vernon County natives John and Shirley Laflen of Buffalo Center, and great-grandson of Allen and Mary Laflen of Moundville, and the late Lawrence and Willa Wolf of Nevada.
